What are your business hours?
Our staff is based in UTC +1 and +2, and we can speak during our business hours. Otherwise, send us an email and we'll get back to you quickly.
What type of payment methods do you accept?
Most credit cards are accepted. Bank transfers are also accepted.
Can I get a full refund?
You get a full refund if you cancel up to 14 days before the stay. After that, you get a 50% refund.
What is your security deposit policy?
We collect a security deposit for all properties, and return it within 7 days after checkout.
